He graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara Medical School in 1994. He has completed 2 internship in Has more than 20 years of experience in General Medicine. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1990 with a Bachelor in Chemistry Degree, after that he received his Medical Doctor Degree in Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. Since then he has taken courses to keep himself updated such as: Basic Medical Sciences and Health Informatics Certification Course among others. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Tagalog.
